Description

This workshop is part of the Alice Springs 16 Days of Activism 2026 calendar of events.

A two-hour interactive workshop to explore gender diversity, mental health, respectful relationships and our shared responsibility in creating safer, more inclusive communities.

Through conversation and reflection, participants will explore how gender-based violence, discrimination and stereotypes can affect mental health and wellbeing. The workshop will also highlight the importance of respecting diverse gender identities and how our words and actions can contribute to stronger connections and a culture of respect and belonging.

Together, we can build a community where everyone feels safe, supported, valued and respected.

MHACA is proud to be part of a committee of Mparntwe/Alice Springs-based organisations working together to support the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
