The Inner Garden was created for women who spend much of their lives in survival-mode, caring for others, meeting deadlines, and carrying an invisible mental load.

Rather than offering another wellness trend or quick fix, this experience creates the space to pause, breathe, and learn practical tools that support greater calm in everyday life.

Set within a beautiful serene venue, the afternoon combines gentle yoga, evidence-informed breathwork, expert education, guided reflection, and nourishing food to help participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more resilient.

This retreat is for you if…

You’ve been moving through life at full speed, holding it all together - yet feeling a quiet pull to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

You may be experiencing:

Persistent stress or anxiety
Constantly living in the past or in the future
Mental overload and difficulty switching off - constantly “doing”
Physical tension or feeling constantly "on"
Emotional exhaustion from always giving to others
A desire for healthier ways to manage everyday pressure
A longing for genuine connection and time to reconnect with themselves

No previous experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork is needed.

What you'll leave with...

By the end of the afternoon, you will have both an experience of deep rest and practical tools you can continue using at home.

You'll leave feeling:

Calmer and more grounded
Better equipped to manage daily stress
More aware of your body's stress signals
Physically relaxed and mentally clearer
Connected to a supportive community of women
Confident using simple breath and mindfulness practices in everyday life

✨ Everything you’ll experience is created to help you leave feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped with tools you can integrate into daily life - long after the retreat ends.
