Erin Rose has spent the last sixteen years holding space for women — first through Aura-Soma colour therapy consultation and counselling, then through yoga, somatic movement, and women's embodiment practice. She has been teaching yoga since 2013 and holds a 500-hour yoga teacher certification and an advanced qualification in Aura-Soma.

She is the founder of The Knowing Body Academy — a certified women's embodiment programme grounded in somatic yoga, cyclical wisdom, and the intelligence of the female body. TKBA is a programme for women who are ready to stop managing their bodies and start listening to them.

Erin has spent over a decade facilitating private women's circles, teaching breathwork and subtle body practices, and guiding women through embodied self-understanding that most wellness programmes don't touch. She is also an active volunteer committee member of Homebirth Australia.

She is based on the Gold Coast, Australia, and teaches in person and online.

Her work is for the woman who has practised long enough to know there is something deeper available — and who is finally ready to go there.
