30 minutes – Opening Spinal Flow Session

You’ll receive one-on-one care from a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, gently awakening spinal gateways to release tension and activate the body’s natural healing intelligence.

2 hours – Biofield & Nervous System Integration Circle

Held in a sacred group field, we will attune to the subtle frequencies held in the body and energy field. Through guided presence, channeling, and nervous system co-regulation, we’ll gently meet the places that hold unresolved charge, allowing deep integration and soul remembrance.

30 minutes – Integration Spinal Flow Session

To complete the arc, you'll receive a second bodywork session, supporting your system in anchoring the shifts, opening new pathways, and settling into a state of embodied clarity and coherence.

Through the gentle, intuitive approach of Spinal Flow, we awaken the spinal gateways—key access points along your spine that allow stored stress, trauma, and tension to be safely released. Every session is a sacred invitation for your nervous system to soften, recalibrate, and return to its natural state of balance: the parasympathetic rest-and-heal state.

Many of the people I work with are carrying invisible weight—past emotional wounds, chronic stress, or auto-immune responses that the body has been holding onto for far too long. Through this work, we don’t just treat symptoms—we create space for the body to complete unresolved patterns, regulate, and reconnect with its innate healing ability. Using trauma-aware presence and deep attunement to your body's cues, I gently help your system rewire old stories, shift out of survival modes, and anchor into safety, trust, and inner coherence.
