Guided Meditation
Immerse yourself in a space of stillness and inner peace with our guided meditation. Perfect for those new to meditation or experienced practitioners, this session helps you reconnect with your true self, offering clarity, calm, and a sense of renewal.

Gong Sound Bath
Lay back, relax, and let the healing vibrations of the gong wash over you. A gong sound bath is an immersive experience where the sound waves help release stress, soothe anxiety, and promote deep emotional release. It’s a meditative experience that guides you into a state of pure relaxation, balancing your energy and leaving you feeling centered and rejuvenated.

Cacao Ceremony
Step into a space of warmth, connection, and transformation with our cacao ceremony. Using ceremonial-grade cacao, this ritual opens your heart and invites you to journey inward. Rooted in ancient traditions, cacao is known for its ability to enhance emotional clarity and intuition, helping you tap into deeper self-awareness. With intention-setting and guided moments of reflection, this ceremony will help you foster self-love, inner peace, and connection to the sacred energy within.

Somatic Integration
Let your body lead the way in this transformative movement practice. Somatic dance focuses on being present with your body, releasing what no longer serves you, and connecting with your emotional and physical sensations. It's a freeing practice that helps you release old patterns, reduce stress, and tap into your body's wisdom. Whether you’re moving through trauma or just looking for a fresh, empowering experience, somatic integration encourages healing through intuitive movement.

To enhance the experience

We recommend bringing a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, along with a blanket and pillow if you’d like, to help you feel as cozy and supported as possible throughout the event.
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your journey. There are kitchen facilities on site where you can refill if needed.
The event will start promptly at 5 pm, so please arrive on time to check in and settle in comfortably. If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you contact an event host prior to purchasing a ticket to discuss a suitable entry time, ensuring that you won’t disturb the experience for others.
As this is a conscious event, we kindly request that you do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as entry may be refused in such cases.
We ask that you be mindful of others' experience by avoiding loud jewelry or strong perfumes/colognes, as they may be distracting to some.
Please ensure your mobile phone is on flight mode by the time the event begins to help maintain a peaceful, undisturbed atmosphere.
If you have a pacemaker or any other health conditions that could be impacted by the experience, we recommend consulting with your GP before attending. We also encourage you to reach out to an event host to discuss any concerns about the event’s suitability for you. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.
