Event description

The Inward Arc
Three winter sessions of breath, depth, and reflection.

Join us for a powerful three-part seasonal journey designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and what’s waiting to be seen beneath the surface.

Each session blends functional breath-work, emotional processing, and nervous system education—giving you the tools to regulate, reflect, and rebuild inner resilience. You'll be guided through powerful practices including nasal breathing, CO₂ tolerance training, conscious connected breath, and yoga nidra.

This is for anyone ready to slow down, feel more, and meet themselves in a deeper way this winter.

What makes this special:

  • Breath-led nervous system regulation tools

  • Emotional resilience through CO₂ + fear threshold practices

  • Guided group sharing and integration circles

  • Deep somatic journeys into shadow, stillness, and clarity

  • A safe, intentional space grounded in care and depth

You can join one event or commit to the full arc. Those attending all three receive discounted access, integration content, and entry to a private group for continued support.

Tickets:
🎟 $50 per session
🎟 $120 for all three (save $30)
🎟 Donation option available (accessibility matters)

This isn’t just another workshop—it’s a seasonal shift inward.
