Event description

Cooking can sometime feel like a chore, or something we have to be uber fancy with. But cooking can be a portal to mindful joy, through an explosion of the senses experiencing sweet and salty tastes, the sound of crispy veg, the colour of spices, the smell of garlic. It can be part of our daily routine that sets us up or practicing joy, relaxation, fun and delight.

The Joy of Cooking is a course for people who want to get back to basics and learn techniques to take the stress out of cooking. Nina has been cooking for over 20 years. She is a passionate cook and artist who wants to help you get the most out of your ingredients. Over 4 weeks Nina will take you on a journey around the world!. We will be cooking delicious recipes that you can cook for yourself or your loved ones. If you are a total beginner or if you just want to learn some new tasty recipes, this course is for you! No experience necessary! There will be vegan options for all the classes.

Menu includes Pantry Paella, Spanakopita triangles, Dumplings, Baklava.

An ingredients list and recipes are provided after booking.
