The Joy of Slow
Event description
The Joy of Slow: A Women's Circle of Presence, Peace & Pleasure
Step into a sanctuary of stillness, softness, and soulful connection.
The Joy of Slow is a gentle, immersive experience where we honour the art of slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves and each other. In the glow of candlelight, we gather, sharing breath, sound, empowerment and quiet joy.
You’ll be lovingly guided through practices that nourish body, mind and spirit:
🌼 Deep, intentional breathing to release tension and invite calm
🌼 Gentle, intuitive movement that honours your body’s innate wisdom
🌼 Guided meditation within a safe, sacred, and held space
🌼 A soothing sound bath of melodic mantras and healing tones
🌼 A gentle remembering of the pleasure and presence in your own skin
🌼 Moments of rest, reset, and joyful renewal (with some lovely snax too!)
Come exactly as you are. You are warmly welcomed to pause, to soften, and to return to the peace that lives within.
This offering is for grown-up gals, women, and anyone who identifies as female and beautifully “adult-ish.”
We’ll be relaxing on the floor—so bring all the comfy things that make you feel supported.
Sound divinely nourishing? It will be!

⭐ Who am I? ⭐
Jennifer Moss is a radiant force of creativity, healing, and deep soulful connection. Through her artistry—whether capturing the wild beauty of the world through her lens, guiding voices in song, or holding sacred space for transformation—she weaves magic into every experience.
Jennifer doesn’t just create—she transforms. She makes you feel seen, held, and empowered, offering a journey that is as much about self-discovery as it is about the final creation. Working with her is a unique opportunity to tap into your own beauty, wildness, and truth, all while being guided by someone who truly understands the sacred dance between art, spirit, and human connection.
In Jennifer’s presence, you don’t just witness magic—you become part of it.
