Event description

The Joy of Slow: A Women's Circle of Presence, Peace & Pleasure

Step into a sanctuary of stillness, softness, and soulful connection.

The Joy of Slow is a gentle, immersive experience where we honour the art of slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves and each other. In the glow of candlelight, we gather as women to share space, breath, sound, and presence.

Together, we’ll weave nourishing practices including:

⭐Deep, intentional breath to soften tension and invite calm

⭐Gentle, intuitive movement that honours your body’s wisdom

⭐Guided meditation in a safe, held and sacred circle

⭐A soothing bath of melodic mantras and healing sound

⭐Enjoying & rediscovering the pleasure of your own body

⭐Resting, resetting, and refilling yourself with nourishing joy

Come just as you are. You are warmly welcomed to pause, to soften, and to remember the peace that lives within.

For grown-up gals, women, and anyone who identifies as female and adult-ish.

⭐ Who am I? ⭐

Jennifer Moss is a radiant force of creativity, healing, and deep soulful connection. Through her artistry—whether capturing the wild beauty of the world through her lens, guiding voices in song, or holding sacred space for transformation—she weaves magic into every experience.

Jennifer doesn’t just create—she transforms. She makes you feel seen, held, and empowered, offering a journey that is as much about self-discovery as it is about the final creation. Working with her is a unique opportunity to tap into your own beauty, wildness, and truth, all while being guided by someone who truly understands the sacred dance between art, spirit, and human connection.

In Jennifer’s presence, you don’t just witness magic—you become part of it.
