The Last Sunday
Event description
The Last Sunday will unofficially close 10 days of Horizon on the last Sunday of the festival.
This will be a free all-day event suitable for the whole family located in Buhk Park, Alex Headlands. They’ll be music, dance, performance, skateboarding competitions, and children’s workshops to keep the youngsters occupied.
Here’s a little rundown of what to expect: the day will start with a performance by First Nations artist Keely in the park, followed by skateboarding competitions, hosted by Chiggy’s Skateboarding. Next up, we have DJs and live music all day at the Park Stage, which includes Frank & Louis at midday, followed by Jack Dylan and the Villains. Amongst this, Jarjums Museum will keep the kids creative with 3D textile workshops. Finally, from 2pm (and again at 4pm) Us and All of This will close-out the festival for another year.
As the sun sets, we encourage you to pack-up and venture over to Solbar for the official Horizon closing party, Spinning Wildfire Closing Party [link].
