Lunch & Learn: The Leadership Behaviours That Reveal Risk Before It’s Too Late
Description
Note: This online event is held on Zoom. Registrations will close 4 PM the day prior and the access link will be delivered shortly after.
About this event:
When systems stay green but reality is deteriorating, risk only surfaces through leadership behaviour. This session focuses on the specific actions, conversations, and signals that allow leaders to detect emerging trouble early – even when formal reporting suggests everything is on track. It’s a practical look at how leadership judgement outperforms tools, frameworks, and methods under pressure.
About the Presenter:
Matthew Oleniuk is a former public-sector senior executive who provided oversight of large, high-stakes government projects. He now works with public-sector and project leaders to use risk insight to protect ambitious outcomes — helping them surface hidden issues early, challenge false confidence, and intervene before projects drift into crisis.
