The November edition of The Leadership Lounge

It’s easy to downplay our achievements, brush off compliments, or keep moving without pausing to celebrate. But recognising and owning your wins isn’t bragging - it’s a powerful act of leadership and self-confidence.

In this month’s Leadership Lounge, we’ll shift the spotlight back onto you. Through guided reflection and peer conversations, you’ll explore what you’ve achieved, how you can talk about it with confidence, and why celebrating your wins matters for both you and those around you.

We'll explore:

• Why so many of us struggle to own our wins, and how to reframe that inner narrative.

• The difference between bragging and authentic confidence.

• How to create space for celebration in your career and your team.

• Practical strategies for making your wins visible in a way that feels natural and aligned.

What to expect:

• A warm, small-group setting designed for real conversations (not lectures).

• Lightly facilitated activities to reflect on your achievements and practice articulating them.

• Honest, supportive discussion with other professionals who are on the same journey.

• Refreshments, laughs, and the chance to build meaningful new connections.
