  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Join us for another spectacular Spring celebration at The Left Bank’s Melbourne Cup Cocktail Party 2025!

It's one of our best days of the year – full of colour, music, style and, of course, racing! Enjoy roaming canapés and a three-hour bottomless beverage package while soaking up the festive atmosphere. Expect a vibrant mix of entertainment including:

  • Live music by GEMINI and DJ DOUBLE DEE

  • Fashion Parade presented by local dress hire boutique Loan That Label

  • Fashion on the Fields Competition

  • Live race coverage on all screens

  • Photo-ready horses on the grass

  • And more!

Whether you're mingling in the beer garden, posing with the horses out the front, or dancing with a drink in hand, Melbourne Cup at The Left Bank is always a day to remember.

  • Entry from 10:30am

  • Three-hour drinks package (unlimited tap beer, prosecco, selected wines, soft drinks) from 11am - 2pm

  • Selection of ten different roaming canapés

  • Full access to all entertainment

 

💸 Group Special: Automatically save when booking for 8 or more people – just $120 (+BF) per person

 

After Party

The celebrations don’t stop at 2pm! From then, doors open to the public with free entry and our new Summer Menu available. The good vibes continue with live music in the beer garden by GEMINI and DJ GNC$PRO – dress code still applies!

 

Key Info & FAQs

  • Our ticketed Cocktail Party is from 11am - 2pm

  • Venue opens at 10:30am for ticket holders only.

  • Limited door tickets may be available if capacity allows.

  • Strictly 18+ only.

  • Smart dress code required: Cocktail attired expected; no thongs, work polos, or ripped jeans. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

  • Cocktail style standing event – tables and seating are available but not reserved.

  • The canapes will include vegan and gluten-free options, but we are unable to cater for specific requests.

  • Cocktails and spirits can be purchased separately.

  • Refunds available until 28th October only if requested in writing via events@leftbank.com.au (booking fees non-refundable).

  • Free entry to the venue from 2pm. Dress code applies.
