Join us for our April Wine Club featuring Forest Hill Vineyard on Thursday 17th April 2025 from 7pm in our upstairs River Bar. Andrew Potter, National Sales & Marketing Manager of Forest Hill will be hosting the evening.

About the winery:

Forest Hill Vineyard has a unique place in the history of Western Australia’s wine industry, being the first cool climate vineyard planted in the state. Following extensive research throughout the South-West, a site was chosen on the property owned by Tony and Betty Pearce and in 1965 a two hectare vineyard was planted.

50 years on Forest Hill is family owned and run. The wines are crafted in our winery in Denmark with the grapes sourced from the old, dry grown, Forest Hill Vineyard in Mount Barker. Our wines reflect the site, the season and the people that nurture them.

About the presenter:

Andrew joined Forest Hill Vineyard in early 2024 as their National Sales & Marketing Manager.

He comes to us from the Yalumba Wine Company, where he was the WA Negociants Sales Manager for more than 10 years, leading a successful team and profitably building and expanding the business.

With over 25 years of wine industry experience and an MBA in Wine Marketing completed under the tutelage of Dr Stephen Charters MW, Andrew has a deeply held passion for fine wine, sales, marketing and brand management.

A consummate wine professional, Andrew has developed exceptional and long-lasting relationships within an industry-wide network, driven by a desire to provide outstanding customer service, and build category-leading brands.

Pre-order some antipasto to enjoy during our Wine Club event! Our head chef has created a Deconstructed Bruschetta just for Wine Club guests, ideally to be shared between 2 people. Purchase it online in advance (by Wednesday 16th April midday).

About the event:

Our monthly Wine Club events are a great way to taste some new wines, learn more about the winery itself and simply enjoy a casual evening with friends. Representatives from the winery will be hosting the event, taking you on a journey through their wine portfolio.

Tickets are $15(+BF) per person and include all tastings. Additional food and drinks can be purchased from our bar on the night.

Tables will be allocated in advance. If you and your friends book tickets separately but would like to be seated together, then please make a note when booking.
