The Life You Can Save invites you to join us for our Virtual Live Crowdfunding Event that will generate support for three fantastic charities: Sanku Project Healthy Children; The Fred Hollows Foundation; and GiveDirectly. 

On the night, grab a drink and get comfy in front of your computer as we listen to these three pioneering organisations share stories about their evidence-based, cost-effective, and high-impact work. 

We’ll follow these presentations with a live-pledging session, which we hope will inspire a shared sense of purpose for all involved.

UPDATE: We are excited to share that the first US$10,000 pledged to each charity during the event will now be matched dollar for dollar.

Meet Our Presenters 

	Professor Peter Singer – Opening Remarks  Peter is the Founder of The Life You Can Save. The Life You Can Save curates and promotes charities that have been shown to dramatically improve and save the most lives with every dollar donated.
	Felix Brooks–Church – Speaker Felix is the Co-founding CEO and President of Sanku Project Healthy Children who use food fortification to fight malnutrition in Africa.
	Mary Chowning – Advocate  Mary is the Chief Financial Officer of Sanku Project Healthy Children.
	Dr. Wondu Alemayehu – Speaker Dr. Wondu is the Global Technical Advisor of The Fred Hollows Foundation. The Fred Hollows Foundation is an international development organization focusing on preventing blindness and restoring sight.
	Emma Hollows – Advocate   Emma is a Member of the USA Advisory Council of The Fred Hollows Foundation.
	Michael Faye – Speaker  Michael is the Co-founder and President of GiveDirectly. GiveDirectly provides unconditional cash transfers using cell phone technology to some of the world’s poorest people.
	Han Sheng Chia – Advocate  Han Sheng is the Special Projects Director of GiveDirectly.
