Heinna Reyes is a Fractional COO and Founder of Scale Meets Flow Assembly.

She works with service and project-driven businesses to build the operational systems that allow founders to lead more effectively and reduce the pressure of everything sitting with them.

Heinna’s work focuses on helping business owners create greater clarity across leadership, clients, teams and systems.

At The Load Test, she’ll bring that thinking into the room in a practical, hands-on format.
