KIRSTEN HARRISON: Owner and founder of Foundation Fitness and Wellbeing studio in Caloundra. Kirsten has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years and has taught many styles of fitness and worked with many clients after all ages over the years. Now having turned 60 she is just as passionate and enthusiastic and wants to see women get stronger fitter and healthier as they age. Kirsten specialises in peri and post menopause exercise programming and believes that women at any age can feel amazing.

RUBY SENARATNE: Ruby is a locally based chef and the owner of Journey Food Co. She combines the love of travel, years of experience living and working in South East Asia and the wisdom passed down from her natural therapist mother to create wholesome, vibrant and creative meals. Each dish is prepared and designed not only to nourish the body but to inspire to get you into your own kitchen.

ANNA PAYNE: As a Creative Arts Therapist, Anna combines her expertise in Somatic Movement Therapy and Art Therapy to support individuals in connecting with their bodies, overcoming limitations, and finding freedom through self-expression. She believes in the transformative power of creativity and movement, guiding people to play, heal, and thrive!
