~ 12:30 pm - Guest Registration opens

~ 1:00 pm - Program Begins / Welcome to Longest Table

~ 1:20 pm - Food Service Begins

*Event clean-up will begin once the majority of the guests are done eating and enjoying the community around their table

*There will be a Kid's Zone offering volunteer-led fun activities. The KZ will be open from 12:30 pm until 1:00 pm- it will close temporarily for the program and so everyone can enjoy a meal - and then open again around 1:30 pm, and go until 2:30 pm

*This is a FREE community dinner event, however, please register so we know how much food to prepare. If you register and find out you can no longer attend, we ask that you cancel your registration, or contact us to let us know.

~Parking is available in the lots surrounding the High School. There will be directional signs along the streets as well as parking attendants directing traffic and assisting as needed.

~There is accessible parking available close to the southern end of Blue Devil Blvd close to the registration entrance; please ask an attendant for more information if needed.

~Restroom/Sani-Cans will be placed at both ends of Blue Devil Blvd for your convenience.
