Knoll Farm’s in-house Chef Matthew Casatta prepares a culinary experience in the historic McLaughlin Barn. Featuring a menu curated around the Mad River Valley’s abundant offerings, the Mad River Table is an intimate gathering designed to highlight the magic of Knoll Farm’s idyllic setting overlooking the valley. Farm and garden-fresh fruits and vegetables will complement a hyper-locally sourced four-course menu.
Guests are invited to arrive early at 5 pm to explore the grounds and linger after dinner around a fire, weather permitting. Guests are also invited to bring wine or beer, as the farm does not serve alcohol.
