Join us for a weekly sanctuary designed exclusively for therapists, healers, and space-holders.

In this intimate group setting, you’re invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through a deeply restorative blend of sound healing and guided meditation.

What to Expect:

• A welcoming, quiet space to truly rest — no doing, just being

• A gentle guided meditation to help you release the week

• A rich sound healing journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to regulate your nervous system and refill your energetic cup

• Time for quiet integration and grounding before you return home Whether you're feeling depleted, overstimulated, or simply seeking a weekly ritual of nourishment, this space offers a pause — a breath — a soft place to land.

Important Details:

• Spaces are limited to 8 people to ensure intimacy and personal space

• Cost: $35 per person (book ahead to secure your spot, tickets are only available online)

• Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and anything else to make yourself comfortable (eye pillow, bolster, etc.)

• Open to: Registered therapists, counsellors, mental health professionals, healing practitioners and space holders
