The Meditation Muse is a weekly one hour sound healing to support your nervous system.

It’s an invitation to slow down and reconnect, to find stillness amongst the chaos of life, to take the time to nourish your nervous system. Promoting deep relaxation as the healing frequencies activate your parasympathetic nervous system, softening and supporting you in cultivating a sense of calm.

Leaving you feeling replenished and revitalized as the vibrational frequencies stimulate your vagus nerve, supporting you in reducing cortisol and adrenaline. Welcoming lightness of being as you are flooded with endorphins.

Not only does this benefit your nervous system, it allows you to have more capacity to show up for yourself, to show up in your work, for life!, to have a richer more fulfilling life because you are regulated and no longer in reacting to life because your in fight or flight, but actively participating in it consciously.

This nourishing evening is a blend of sound healing, guided meditation utilizing different visualization techniques and intuitive energy healing.
