A single fragrance can instantly return us to a place, a person, a season or a moment long forgotten.

Join us for The Memory of Scent, an intimate fragrance blending experience where creativity, memory and storytelling come together around the Earth Walker table.

Guided by fragrance creator Petra Delaney, guests will journey through a carefully curated collection of botanical, coastal and aromatic notes, exploring the powerful connection between scent, memory and place.

Throughout the evening, you'll discover the foundations of fragrance blending before creating your own personalised perfume oils inspired by meaningful memories, experiences and stories unique to you.

More than a workshop, this is an invitation to pause, reflect and reconnect with the moments that shape us.

The Earth Walker Experience

Guests will be welcomed with a seasonal arrival drink designed to create a sense of occasion and allow time to settle into the experience.

Depending on the season, this may include a botanical spritz, house-made shrub, sparkling elderflower or a warming winter tonic.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a beautifully styled fireside grazing table featuring warm sourdough, cultured butter, local cheeses, house pickles, seasonal fruit and a selection of teas.

Rather than a formal meal, this shared table experience encourages conversation, connection and creativity while ensuring guests leave feeling nourished and cared for.
