The Men’s Table Community Get Together in Bannockburn

We’d love to invite you to a Men’s Table Community Get Together in Bannockburn.

Come join The Men's Table for a free coffee and cake on Wednesday 17th September 2025 from 10.45am - Noon at the Railway Hotel Bannockburn.

We are gathering a selection of 12- 14 community champions who represent a cross section of the community and are linked to groups that might want to see this initiative as complementary to their mission of building resilience, cohesion and connection with care into the community.

It’s a chance to gather with others who care about what helps men feel connected, supported and part of a healthy, flourishing community.

We’ll hear from locals—men and women—about:

• What’s working well already

• What hasn’t worked so well, and what we’ve learned from that

• Whether there’s interest in starting a Men’s Table in our area

This is also a great opportunity to “kick the tyres” on what The Men’s Table is all about, how it differs from other men’s groups or services, and whether it feels like a good fit for our community.

If there’s enough interest, and The Men's Table feel we are welcome, we’ll plan a local Entree Event—an introduction evening where men can experience what a Table is like and decide if they’d like to join, and let you know what we are able to offer and what is needed in terms of invitation from those community connected persons ... to ensure we reach a broad cross section of men

What’s an Entree Event?
It’s a friendly evening hosted by experienced Table members, sharing their own stories, answering your questions, and helping you explore whether you'd like to be part of a new local Men’s Table.

What is The Men’s Table?
It’s a simple, grassroots way for men to regularly connect, share, listen and support one another in trusted peer groups. No fixing, no judgment—just real conversations over dinner once a month.
