Hello, I'm Cami Rose Alexander, founder of The Happy Human Training Co. I'm a counsellor, coach and facilitator with more than 20 years' experience helping people better understand themselves and each other.

My work sits somewhere in the lovely intersection between psychology, neuroscience, personal development and the everyday reality of being human. I'm particularly interested in the gap between knowing what we're 'supposed' to do and actually being able to do it when we're busy, stressed, uncertain or dealing with other equally complicated humans.

My courses are designed to make that stuff easier to understand and, importantly, useful in real life. You'll find plenty of practical tools and ideas, but also conversation, reflection, curiosity and space to make sense of what things mean for you.

I don't believe great learning happens when we feel judged, talked at or frightened of getting things wrong, so I work hard to create warm, relaxed spaces where people can ask questions, share experiences, have a laugh and be gloriously human while they learn.

Whether we're exploring leadership, difficult conversations, confidence, mental health, resilience or simply how our brilliant and occasionally baffling brains work, the aim is always the same: to help you leave understanding yourself a little better and feeling more able to handle whatever comes next.
