  • Turn good intent into good systems.

  • Reduce risk without red tape.
Get a simple, workable approach to psychosocial risk, spot hazards, set controls, and know when to escalate.

  • Manager‑ready conversations.
Leave with thoughts on how to start a conversation and check‑in prompts for tough moments (performance dips, burnout signs, conflict, RTW).

  • Retain talent, protect productivity.
Practical tactics that reduce absenteeism and turnover, and lift engagement, without blowing the budget.

  • Clear pathways, not guesswork.
Map your support ecosystem (internal leads, EAP, external services) so people get the right help, fast.

  • Build a safer culture.
Learn small, everyday behaviours that normalise mental‑health talk and remove stigma.

  • Quick wins you can deploy next week.
Roll out team norms, a 10‑minute wellbeing checkpoint, and a meeting cadence that prevents overload.

  • Local insight & peer ideas.
It’s a short breakfast session with leaders facing the same challenges, hear about what works.
