The Mother Arts Pregnancy Circle
Event description
⭕️The Mother Arts⭕️
Hey beautiful mamas,
I have created a monthly pregnancy circle for pregnant mothers who want to be in a space where they can share from their hearts, release fears, move through tricky emotions and beliefs, learn about natural physiological birth, connect in with their babies and the deeper parts of themselves.
This is a space to also explore our trust in birth being a natural, normal and healthy experience.
Birth and motherhood is a rites of passage - one of the biggest!
Together we will share our own stories, learning from one another, supporting each other and begin to unravel the obstacles and conditioning that is coming between us and the embodied women and empowered mothers that we are!
We will use art forms such as weaving, clay sculpting and painting to help us get out of our heads and into our bodies which can be so very helpful for birth and deeply relaxing. No artistic experience required. It will be completely experimental and a somatic way to explore the inner parts of yourself ✨
If you are seeking connection with other women and feel you know there is another way to be with pregnancy and birth then this is your call to come and join us. Be nourished, guided and allow the release of mind by creating some art in a safe and nurturing space.
Your guides will be me, Astrid, a mother of three and apprentice Ayurvedic Doula, and Kali @wildgrace_healing who is a pregnancy, birth and post partrum coach who is devoted to showing women that birth can be the catalyst for insight, self-love, healing, and spiritual evolution. A wise women in her own right, Kali is an experienced bodyworker Ayurvedic medicine practitioner and Doula and way shower of the ancient arts of truly being with woman and birth. She brings the experience of her own births to her beautiful and supportive offerings.
