MOTHER TONfGUE 6 MONTH JOURNEY.

Join me on this 6 month exclusive group mentorship created for new mamma's that are navigating the many layers of  growth, healing & transformation that arises in the post partum phase(side note:post partum often spans beyond the 6 week window). Post partum in our society can come with many unexpected layers- expectations, grief of old self, physical and emotional change, external pressures to act, be, heal, work, Mother in certain ways, to name a few. It can be a lonely and confusing  phase for many & it's time we speak to all of the ways postpartum can present itself...especially after the 6 week phase.

We were not created to journey this on our own, but to walk beside other women doing the same and with elders holding space for us whilst we hold our  babies.

Join me on this journey of support, wisdom, village and transformation into your motherhood phase.

As a mother of 2, ayurvedic practioner, and  doula specialising in sovereign birth and post partum..I felt called to hold this space for emerging mothers.

We gather fortnightly, online in circle. 

Each call is an opportunity to share your hearts musings, the  shadow, the light. 

I will facilitate a different topic each fortnight along with a couple of surprise guest speakers.

A private Chat group will also be available to continue connecting with like minded women who are also on the motherhood journey and for learning materials to be shared.
