From Darkinjung Country on Australia’s East Coast, a place defined by its laid-back, coastal feel, The Moving Stills began crafting their unique sound on and off the road from a young age.
A recent trip to Los Angeles provided a change of backdrop, bringing a palpable shift in atmosphere and a different ocean in view. The band tapped into a long lineage of melodic, guitar-led rock, music built on restraint, space, and feel rather than volume.
