Guest Speakers

Lawrence Kusz Founder & Managing Director of Chatstat for a session on The Human Edge: Leading with AI in an Age of Transformation

Lawrence Kusz is the Founder & CEO of Chatstat, an AI-driven risk intelligence platform that helps schools, families, and organizations identify psychosocial and safety risks early, reaching more than 155,000 students and young people across institutional deployments and direct-to-family use. Chatstat is a certified social enterprise, named Winner in the 2025 AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies list (Government, Education & Not-For-Profit), Queensland Winner for Championing Health at the 2025 Telstra Best of Business Awards, and Winner of the 2024 Social Traders National Social Enterprise Pioneer Award. Lawrence builds and leads AI-native teams, including an intern program developing emerging professionals in responsible, human-centered AI practice, and speaks on what AI transformation asks of leaders: keeping human judgment, empathy, and trust at the center of systems that increasingly run without them.

This event will be facilitated by Nora Fraser, Founder & CEO of The Multicultural Professional Network
