The Naked Breath Project has been intuitively crafted, by Adam Stuckey from Lets Just Breathe & Neelam Taylor Somers from Awakening Breathwork.
Allowing the freedom and liberation of the unified masculine & feminine within.
Aligning you to your true authentic innocence, rawness and primal nature, through the medicine of breath.
Surrendering the judgement of self with pure acceptance of your exterior & internal presence and existence through nudity.
This 2-hour breathwork journey located at one of Perth’s most pristine beaches -Swanbourne Nudist beach is about reclaiming your power, stepping into your wholeness, allowing all of self to be expressed.
We take you on a journey using hypnotic frequency music, live sound vibration and channeled audio suggestion and somatic body work. This journey is enhanced with personal digital headphones making this something you would have never experienced before.
Peeling back all layers of life’s experiences through nakedness as this is how we have come into this existence and have been taught to hide, silence and cover up our raw beautiful authentic self.
This Breathwork is a deeply profound healing modality that takes you to a whole new empowering space. Allowing the innocence and freedom in our nakedness to be felt and expressed.
Consisting of breath awareness, conscious connected breathing methods that allows access to the subconscious mind through the body and nervous system, for the release of heaviness, emotional and mental blocks of the body, mind and spirit.
We provide a safe healing and empowering space for those who want to take their embodiment practice to a whole new level.
This is for the thought leaders, the ones that are prepared to breath beyond their edge and lean into their true sovereignty, the ones who are prepared to truly connect to nature, as nature.
Transformational benefits such as positive body image, deeper self-love, healing sexual shame, inner peace, truer organic connection to nature felt through every naked cell of the body.
Full nudity or level of nudity is optional but encouraged. You are and always will be a representation of your body’s truth. Therefore, choice of comfort is totally at your discretion.
REMINDER: These journeys will bring up mixed emotions which at times may challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. This just like nature is natural. You will be held in a safe and loving space without judgement to support all healing and releases.
What to bring: yoga mat or beach towel, water, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, clothing of choice if required - eg sarong, bathers, sheet etc.
