These classes are hosted by two Doctors of Physical Therapy with specialties in pediatrics and women’s health who have also personally been through births and the surprises of what comes after baby arrives. Combining their knowledge and specialties with personal experience makes for a class you won't want to miss!

With a ticket, you will receive a login to the online Birth Ready Course one week prior to the in-person portion of the class.  You are encouraged to watch it prior to the in-person class, if you're able, as there will be an opportunity for questions.  The In-person Afterbirth Prep Class will be a wealth of useful information, opportunities for hands-on practice, and tangible ways for partners to help.  We can't wait to see you there!
