The New Central Coast Support Co-Ordinator Network - February 2025 Network Meeting
Event description
Welcome back to 2025 Providers!
Are you looking to create new and meaningful connections with your fellow providers across the Central Coast? Are you looking to learn more about a range of topics relevant to participants and ways to offer better supports?
Plan Manage Assist, MyAPS and Everyday Independence, along with the team at 24/7 Care in Tuggerah - are proud to bring the first meeting of The New Central Coast Support Co-Ordinators Network!
We aim to meet quarterly, come together, connect, share and engage - as well as have some light refreshments.
The aim of the group is simple - Less Sell - More Connect!
We will have some special guests in attendance on the day, with a focus of the learning around Mental Health for participants, their families, as well as you - providers of supports! (Watch this space for announcements!)
Want to be a part of the committee and help plan future meetings and events? We want to hear from you!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ATTENDEE CRITERIA
Much like other Support Co-Ordinator Networks across NSW, you will need to fall under the following criteria

- Support Co-Ordinators

An organisation does not have to have a physical office in the area. The Committee reserve the right to cancel a ticket should anyone attempt to secure a ticket without meeting these criteria
PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
Providers are welcome to bring 1 (one) flyer or brochure, as well as business cards to place on a communal table - HOWEVER - Providers MUST take remaining material with them at the end of the meeting.
