Description: We are now a quarter of the way through the 21st century! Tonight we look back at how the Architecture disciplines have evolved over the past 25 years, and looking forward to what we want to see in the next 25. This is an event for everyone in the world of business and technology architecture that want to see greater equality in our profession, and want to help to build better organisations. Hosted by equ, we are hoping to see you all there to hear from some amazing speakers, and spend some time with your peers in a relaxed and supportive environment. Food and drinks provided.

Gail Martinovich, Solution Architect at Rio Tinto
Gail Martinovich (nee Hogan) is currently contracting at Rio Tinto as a Solution Architect. From her original Computer Science degree at Curtin University through to her TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification last year, Gail has been working in the IT industry for over 25 years, of which over 15 years has been leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful transformation initiatives. Known for her people-first approach, Gail has successfully managed multiple large-scale IT projects and developed innovative solutions across a range of industries including mining, oil and gas, investment and retail banking.
Lindsey Duncan, Managing Director & CEO, Interfuze
Lindsey Duncan is the CEO and Managing Director of Interfuze, a boutique IT consultancy based in Perth. She wrote her first code at six, earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science just as the Millennium Bug loomed, and launched her career at Morgan Stanley before moving to lead the Development team at Aspect Capital, a 60-person hedge fund. After relocating to Perth, she transitioned to consulting, becoming Practice Lead for Modern Apps at Empired, moving back client side as Applications & Data lead at Arc Infrastructure before helping to start Interfuze. Lindsey has worked across many industries and remains fascinated by how much—and how little—technology and architecture have changed at their core over the past ¼ century. A strong, pragmatic, agilist, she is passionate about helping companies unlock real value from technology. As CEO, she champions workplace flexibility as a driver of diversity and empowerment.
Biljana Roksandic, Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer
Biljana is an experienced lawyer and an award winning cyber security professional. She currently works as a cyber security governance, risk and compliance (GRC) consultant in the critical infrastructure industry. With a masters degree in cyber security and several professional cyber security certifications, she bridges the gap between law and cyber. She loves sharing her passion for cyber security and regularly volunteers her time to support other women in the industry through mentoring and through her work leading the Perth chapter of the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN).
