Lars Hajslund is an esteemed international networker and leader, with experience spanning over 100 countries. With a career dedicated to leadership, strategic development, and innovative learning environments, he brings a dynamic and transformative approach to every workshop he facilitates.

As 2006 JCI World President, Lars led a global network of 200,000 active young citizens and has since delivered seminars, workshops, and keynotes in 123 countries, including 44 US states.

Beyond JCI, Lars is a serial entrepreneur and thought leader. He currently manages three companies in Denmark, specialising in learning design, strategic consulting, and business innovation. He is also the co-founder and principal of the CLICK Institute, driving transformative learning experiences worldwide.
