Perimenopause is a calling. A time to step into your true nature, to come back to yourself, surrounded by support and connection.

Perimenopause and menopause are significant transitions in a woman's life, filled with questions, discovery and change. A time to come home to ourselves and be seen, held, and embraced. A time to step into a full knowing of oneself with acceptance, love and kindness.

This is a 6 week online journey for women navigating this time of life, designed to offer clarity, confidence, and connection. Bringing together body wisdom, soul medicine, and nourishing kitchen alchemy, this is a soulful, nature-inspired space where you will be supported by a community that will empower you to thrive.

Week 1 Nourishing Your Changing Body

We explore the nourishment side of the program and lay the foundations for your journey.

Week 2 Welcome to Perimenopause and Menopause

Explore the science, the emotional and energetic shifts, and menopause as a rite of passage.

Week 3 Nourish Your Body and Soul

Eating with the seasons and your life stage, food as medicine, seed cycling, and simple ways to support digestion, hormones, and hot flushes.

Week 4 Body Connection

Embracing body changes and body acceptance, including a body connection meditation.

Week 5 Nervous System Reset

Embodied practices for calming the nervous system, reframing limiting beliefs, and creating supportive ways to move forward with greater ease.

Week 6 Sleep and Habit Support

Sleep foundations and ways to support a good night's rest, plus looking at habits through a compassionate lens — what supports you and what drains you, and intentional rest cycles.

● Live Zoom: Closing circle and the way forward

Bonus: Gut Health and Fermentation Workshop (valued at $149)

A 2 hour workshop including a kimchi demo on July 11th, available in person and recorded. Explore fermented foods and kitchen magic to nurture your gut and hormones.
