The Ocean Mind Mental Health Month Paddle Out
Event description
Start your morning with salt water, connection, and conversation.
Join Ocean Mind and Art of the Minds for a special community paddle out during Mental Health Month. This is a chance to slow down, meet new people, and experience the mental health benefits of spending time in the ocean together.
We’ll begin with a welcome circle and some light activities on the sand to warm up our minds and conversations. Then, we’ll paddle out on our boards (or bodyboards/SUPs) and spend time floating, chatting, and connecting in the water – finishing with a group photo and a hot drink back on the beach.
This session is for you if:
✅ You want to connect with your community in a supportive, relaxed way
✅ You’re keen to spend time outdoors and enjoy the benefits of the ocean
✅ You’re open to trying something new (or doing something familiar with new people!)
