Award winning Matthew Metcalfe is ONE OF NEW ZEALAND'S leading film and television producers, who has produced more than $330 million worth of productions including 28 feature films, ten tele-features and numerous TV shows and series, documentaries and music videos over two decades in the industry.
Matthew is responsible for some of the most iconic New Zealand films ever made, including Whina, Mclaren, The Dead Lands (film and TV), Beyond The Edge and Dawn Raid. While also responsible for acclaimed international titles such as Ash, Dean Spanley, Mothers of The Revolution, 6 Days and Capital in the 21st Century. His early career was shaped by music videos with some of New Zealand's most acclaimed artists, Including The Feelers, Shihad and Che Fu, the latter for which he won a NZ Music Award (Tui).
