Travel instructions

Public transport to NGV International: There are several ways to get to NGV International by public transport. Tram routes 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 and 72 stop at the Arts Precinct accessible tram stop, directly outside NGV International on St Kilda Road. The closest train station is Flinders Street Station, a 500m walk across the Princes Bridge past the Arts Centre. Alternatively, take a one-stop tram ride from Flinders Street to the Gallery. Taxi or rideshare to NGV International: Taxi and rideshare drop-off and pick-up points are located outside Arts Centre Melbourne, a 110m walk from the entrance to NGV International.

Toilet location

Wheelchair accessible toilets and baby change rooms are located on the ground floor. All gender toilets are located throughout the Gallery.

Accessible parking

Limited free accessible street parking for people with appropriate permits is available outside the Arts Centre Melbourne on St Kilda Road, however, these spots are in high demand.  There is a drop-off point located outside Arts Centre Melbourne, a 110m walk from the entrance to NGV International.
