The Pattern Advantage: Why You Keep Doing What You Do
Description
🔥Webinar 1: Repetition Is Information
🔍 What if the behaviors you keep repeating aren’t flaws—but information?
Have you ever wondered why you repeat certain behaviours, emotional responses, or interactions even when you genuinely want to respond differently?
In The Pattern Advantage: Repetition Is Information, NLP expert Chris Collingwood introduces the idea of pattern literacy—learning to recognise the recurring sequences through which we organise our experience and behaviour. 🧠
Discover how observing what happens immediately before familiar reactions such as anxiety, defensiveness, procrastination, or conflict can reveal valuable patterns. Rather than treating repetition as evidence that something is wrong, Chris invites us to see it as observable information that can be investigated and eventually changed.
✨ The first step is deceptively simple: pay attention to what repeats.
📅Join us on Sunday, September 27, 2026, for “The Pattern Advantage: Why You Keep Doing What You Do and How to Create More Choice — Webinar 1: Repetition Is Information,” with Chris Collingwood, BA Psych, M.AppApplied Science, Grad Cert NLP, as we explore how recognising recurring patterns can help us understand our responses and create more choice in our personal and professional lives. 🌱
