Come and enjoy a night out listening to the amazing life story of Shani Graham & Tim Darby and how they created their incredible place in the suburban streets of Fremantle they affectionately call "Ecoburbia."

Sharni & Tim have created the life they both wanted and worked very hard for that over a long time. It was strategic, deliberate and with a strong vision of how it looks today as a thriving community supporting others living literally under their own roof!!! Their goats Coco and Lady Marmalade, Piggy their dog and all the chooks are also an important part of 'Ecoburbia' providing them with food as well as being their much-loved pets.

But like most of us, it hasn't always been smooth sailing with Tim finding himself homeless on the streets at one stage of his life and Sharni having to deal with the effects of being Bipolar for a long time right up to this day. However, as you will hear. Sharni is super passionate to show us all that you can still have a normal life and more importantly, a life that suits YOU!!

'The People Around Us' Podcast (formerly called the 'Some Elbow Room' Podcast) launches on the night and captures stories from people focusing on where work has taken them in their lives and the influence that has had on their life journey so far. We all only have one life, so it is important to try and create one that suits YOU especially when it comes to work while also providing you with the necessary space for more fun!
