This is a one day reset to help you stop running on override and recalibrate how you show up under pressure.

Think of it like a full system reboot. When you've got 37 tabs open in your brain, running foggy, reactive, and second-guessing yourself… This is the "turn it off and on again" for your performance strategy.

We'll simulate real time pressure through a series of guided horse experiences, personal performance review activities, and powerful breathwork, so you can really see what's driving your decisions in the moment, and shift it.

Because when you can see the pattern while it's happening, you can change the way you reach outcomes with a more energy-efficient and effective way of getting there.

This isn't therapy. You don't need to unpack your trauma through the process to make real change. And it's not a retreat to treat yourself.

Melissa Duniam from Leading Rein and Laura Gutierrez from The Love Approach Project have created The Performance Reboot Method, bringing their shared experience as Behavioural Profilers and Emotional Fitness Coaches, and their individual expertise in Experiential Learning with Horses (no riding) and Breathwork Facilitation.
