The night ends at a local venue where artists featured on the set will be performing at an optional afterparty

* Every song played will be registered with APRA AMCOS to ensure artists receive every cent for their hard work, and uploaded to the Hush Club Soundcloud as a mix for your continued enjoyment :)

* 100% of After Party fees will be given directly to the performing artists. Hush Club only takes the route's ticket sales.

Terms and Conditions

1. Participation and Assumption of Risk:
   By participating in the Hush Club event, you acknowledge and accept that this is an active event involving walking, dancing, and interaction with others in public and private spaces. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, accidents, or property damage.
2. Fitness to Participate:
   You confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would inhibit safe participation in this event. If you have any medical conditions, you agree to consult a healthcare professional prior to participating, and notify event leader
3. Conduct:
   • Participants must adhere to the instructions of event staff and respect the environment, fellow participants, and venue rules.
   • Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
   • We will be grooving through residential zones and must maintain respect and quiet while in these areas
4. Equipment Responsibility:
   • Wireless headsets provided for the event are the property of Hush Club.
   • You agree to return the headset in the same condition received and acknowledge that any loss or damage to the equipment may result in a replacement fee of up to $100.
5. Photo/Video Consent:
   By participating, you grant Hush Club permission to film, photograph, or record your image, voice, and likeness during the event. These may be used for promotional purposes in perpetuity without compensation.
6. Alcohol and Substance Use:
   • Participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding the consumption and possession of alcohol in public spaces. Hush Club and its organizers are not liable for any fines, legal actions, or consequences arising from a participant’s failure to adhere to these laws.
   • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within designated areas at the venue and permitted public spaces, as per venue and council policies.
   • Participants are expected to act responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behavior, whether due to alcohol or otherwise, may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
   • use of illegal substances are not the responsibility of Hush Club, and any legal actions taken against the participant will not fall on Hush Club or any participating venues or companies.
7. Release of Liability:
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Hush Club, its organizers, staff, and venue partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from participation in this event.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
   • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
   • In the case of postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions above. You accept full responsibility for your participation and waive any claims against Hush Club and associated parties.
