The Pool Of Life presents an online introduction to Family & Systemic Constellations.

Building on the in person workshops that have been running in Liverpool, UK for the last 2 years, there have been requests for an online mid week lite offering for those who can't make the in person workshops. It's also an opportunity to get a taste and understanding of this profound method and how it works.

Constellations is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and intergenerational patterns within families and relationships. It is based on the idea that our familiy systems have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.

The method can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system.

In the online workshop we will cover the following

1. What Family & Systemic Constellations is (and isn't).

2. The benefits of the method and how it works.

3. Practical exercise - What it means to be a representative in a Constellation for another person.

4. 1 person to do a Constellation for the own Family system (person will be chosen at the workshop)

Exchange for the workshop is based on a sliding scale. It's part making the work accesible to those on a lower income and who want to experience the work, as well as an experiement in abundance.
