The Pool of Life presents: A Two-Day Family Constellations Workshop

Family Constellations is a powerful therapeutic approach that reveals the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships. It rests on the understanding that our Ancestors and families exert a deep influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations — shaping how we relate, who we become, and what we carry without knowing it. The work creates the conditions for those patterns to be seen, acknowledged, and released.

It can be used to address a wide range of experiences: relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addiction, emotional or behavioural patterns, and more. It is a holistic approach that views each of us as part of a larger living system, and seeks to restore flow, dignity, and belonging within that system.

Over the two days there will be a series of exercises, teaching and a guest facilitator, and six people will have the opportunity to work directly on their own family situation through a full Constellation.

A number of representative places are also available at a reduced price for those who wish to attend without bringing their own constellation. Representatives play an essential role in the work, and those who serve in this way consistently report experiences that are as profound and personally relevant as those of the person whose constellation it is. The field moves through everyone.
