The Pool Of Life presents an online 3 hour Intro to Family Constellations Workshop.

This is a first of a series of online Family Constellations Workshops that opens up the work onlne to people who can't attend the in-person workshops in Liverpool.

Family Constellations is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships. It is based on the idea that our families have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.

It can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system. There will be series of warm up exercises and an opportunity for 4 people to experience a Constellation.

The workshop consists of 1 Warm up exercise and then 2 People will get to do their own Constellation. Please make it known prior to the workshop if you intend to put your name forward for a Constellation - Please note - there is still just as much value gained as a representative, or observer as there is someone who has their own Constellation. 

Spaces are limited to 12 people - please book early to to avoid disappointment.

As this is a NEW offering I am offering sessions at a discounted price for the remainder of 2024 - £25 (Normally £35). Concessions are avaiable on request for those on low wage.
