The Pool Of Life Presents (Re)Connection - A 1 Day Nature Constellations Workshop

The Pool Of Life in collaboration with Laurels Wood CIC presents a 1 Day Family Constellations Workshop in nature.

Join me for a one off special event as we take Family & Systemic Constellations out from the Baltic Quarter and in to Laurels Wood, a stunning woodland North of Liverpool, in the North West of England.

Doing Constellations in nature is a powerful experience. As well as (re)connectng to ourselves, we are also (re)connecting to nature as a potent resource for healing.

Whare is Family & Systemic Constellations? It is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships and our connection to the world around us. It is based on the idea that our Ancestors, Families & environment have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.

It can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system. There will be series of warm up exercises in the woodland and an opportunity for up to 4 people to experience a Constellation.

Spaces are limited to 12 people - please book early to to avoid disappointment.
