This version of The Popes is a tribute to deceased members Steve Ruppenthal and Jim Rumley. One of North Carolina's most acclaimed indie rock bands of the early 1990s, The Popes' first record debuted higher than REM's current release, and they toured the East Coast extensively. The original band was made up entirely of Charlotteans.

We strive to provide a wonderful experience for all attendees and performers, by presenting some of the most talented artists from both past and present, in a wide variety of genres. All concerts and events are open to all ages unless otherwise specified. (Comedy shows are usually 18+ but check the website first.)
