My name is Duygu, and I am the founder of Emotional Lightning Breathwork.

My journey into breathwork wasn’t just a career shift—it was a calling. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, I felt drained, disconnected, and searching for something deeper. I knew I was meant for more than just getting through the day—I wanted real growth, real transformation, and real connection.

Breathwork changed everything for me. It gave me purpose, clarity, and the ability to step into a life that feels aligned. Now, I guide others through the same process—not just to relax, but to truly shift their state of being. I believe in deep, lasting change, not just surface-level experiences. My sessions are about creating a safe space where you can let go, reconnect, and transform—whether it’s physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

For thousands of years, breathwork has been used in ancient cultures for healing and transformation. From yogic pranayama in India to indigenous ceremonial breathing practices, conscious breath has always been a gateway to deeper wisdom, release, and renewal.

I don’t follow trends or sell quick fixes. I believe in raw, real, and powerful breathwork that allows you to experience yourself in ways you never have before. My focus is on conscious breathing, emotional release, and deep awareness, helping you tap into the power already within you.

My Training:

I’ve had the privilege of completing Breathwork Facilitator training with Breathless Expeditions and Yin Rebirthing Breathwork training with Suntara. These teachings have deepened my ability to hold a safe, transformative space for others and shaped my approach to breathwork as a pathway to profound, lasting change.

My Vision:
I want to build a space where people come to truly grow, not just feel better for a moment. A space where breathwork is more than a technique—it’s a way back to yourself.
