A wellbeing toolkit

The way we see ourselves affects how we treat ourselves, and who we are with others. Even when we accomplish a lot, we can feel dissatisfied if our self-worth depends on the next ‘success’ or ‘failure’.

This course will empower you to jump off that treadmill and connect to your sense of purpose, freedom, and joy.

What this course offers

You’ll learn practical skills to help you:

  • notice, pause and change unhelpful patterns of negative thinking
  • recognise and express the qualities you value most in yourself
  • deepen your understanding of your feelings, beliefs, and behaviours
  • manage burnout, overcome imposter syndrome, and nurture yourself and others
  • thrive in your relationships, work, and passions without judging and pushing yourself.

The experience

You’ll share, practice and reflect in a small group over five evening workshops.

These sessions build on each other, so it’s important to come to all of them.

You’ll be guided by a team of skilled, sensitive facilitators in a supportive in-person space.

You’ll also receive audio and other material to help you apply what you learn throughout the course.

We’re donating all fees

We are running this course voluntarily to help participants create more freedom in their lives, connection in their communities, and resilience in their struggle.

All proceeds will go to:

  • The Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, to deliver essential aid and medical care
  • Black Spark Cultural Centre, to support artistic, literary and intellectual creativity.

We want this course to be accessible to everyone. If you’re interested, but would find it hard to afford it, email us to chat.

Also, if you would like to contribute a bit more to these causes, we would be deeply grateful if you consider the solidarity option when you register.
