Our first day event for 2025!

A community for men to reconnect with their primal instincts while fostering balance in their lives through positive expressions of masculinity. In this session, we will return to our competitive roots by engaging in wrestling to channel our masculinity in a supportive atmosphere. This is a space where men can unite, connect, and develop through:

- Wrestling
- Strength training
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Ice baths
- Sharing circles
