Event description

Sometimes something makes us restless. It isn’t loud or obvious—it’s small, quiet, and persistent. A subtle discomfort. A longing just beneath the surface. A sense that something more is possible… if only we could name it.

In this creative, interactive workshop, we’ll draw on the timeless wisdom of fairy tales, metaphors, and creative expression to discover what’s hiding under the “mattress” and interfering with our peace, potential and joy.

The classic fairy tale The Princess and the Pea will be our inspiration to creatively explore the questions:

  • Is something niggling at you, waiting to be known and expressed?
  • Is something undermining your confidence?
  • What seed could grow if brought out from the dark and planted in the sunshine?

This fun class will be an introduction to the use of story and creativity to access our own intuitive wisdom.

Curious? Come play!
